Information Collected by our vendors

Financial Information for Billing Purposes
We sell products and services. When sales are made financial information must be disclosed. This information can include any number of facts you are asked to provide, but most commonly includes your name, financial / credit card information, billing address, and email address. Generally, this purchase information will be provided by you to a third party payment processor and we do not receive your financial / credit card information.
In the event we do receive financial / credit card information, we will not disclose it to anyone unless disclosure is required by law or a court order, or unless disclosure is required to address an issue implicated by the financial transaction. If you claim that your financial information was used to make a purchase you did not authorize, details about the financial transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and anyone else we deem necessary to address the matter.
Use of eMail Addresses and other Contact Information
An important part of our services includes being able to provide information to you. As a result, you expressly consent to receiving communications from us via email, fax, telephone, mail, SMS, social media websites or any other delivery method. When feasible we will provide ways for you to opt out of certain communication channels, However, if our use of any communication method to contact you would cause a concern for you, the best course of action is to not disclose the associated contact information to us.

This applies to products, training, content or services provided for a fee or at no charge. Social Media Posts, Profiles and Other Content
Please be aware that once you post something online, there is the potential for many people to read your words, even years from now. It may be found and indexed by Google or other search engines and listed in connection with your name, phone number, image or other personally identifiable information that you posted.
As a result, we suggest that you exercise caution when posting personal information (or content that may be linked to your personal information) in forums, comments and profiles on our websites, 3rd party platforms, forums, online classroom areas or any of our social media sites and that you not disclose personally identifiable information there. If you would not wish to be identified publicly as associated with our products and services, then we suggest not disclosing your real name, phone number, email address, photo or any other personally identifiable information when posting such content or joining a group we manage on our website or a 3rd party site. You also have the option of not joining and not posting at all.
Forums, groups, online classrooms, and other areas on our website or 3rd party websites and social media platforms may from time to time be labelled as private. The amount of privacy is greatly limited since, for example, what you post can still be viewed by other current or future group members. While we attempt to keep Google and other search engines from indexing areas marked as private, there is no guarantee that any search engine, scraping or other form of 3rd party data collection or that any human or electronic research or data collector will not find, record, publish or display the information you post. Also, the various privacy settings of any group, forum, online classroom or other area may be changed at any time for any reason without any notice to you by us or by the social media sites or other 3rd party providers at our or their sole discretion.

We respect and protect your privacy. We also recognize our obligation to comply with the law and this policy is subject to that obligation. We may collaborate with another business or facilitator in promoting or running a workshop or class. or in providing another product or service, whether free or paid. In such cases, information regarding your inquiries about, application to and participation in, and feedback regarding such programs or services may be furnished to our associate or by them to us.
